Project overview: The goals of this project were to organize and run a work site, following plans to set levels, organize equipment and liase with suppliers to order the products required. Sub-contractors were organized and directed to ensure all consents were obtained and followed through with. The client was kept in direct contact with, and progress made was reported on regularly.
